Typical mistakes made by Apollo deniers

  1. No stars in the Lunar surface photographs.
The cameras used on the lunar surface were set up to image the lunar surface, not the sky. The stars were too faint to be seen in the resulting exposures. A special camera such as that used on Apollo 16 was required to image the stars while on a lunar EVA. Far Ultraviolet Camera/Spectrograph - Wikipedia

  2. All of the photos were too perfect even though the cameras had no view finders or automatic exposure settings.
There were many photos taken that were poorly framed and poorly exposed. Conrad too at least one set of panoramic photos that was not focused properly. The iconic photo of Aldrin was so poorly framed that the top of his PLSS was cut off. It is typically published with a black bar on the top and most of the rest of the photo cropped out to better center Aldrin. https://www.lpi.usra.edu/resources/apollo/frame/?AS11-40-5903 All of these photos, good and bad are online.

  3. Shadows should be parallel.
Shadows on uneven ground as shown in a 2D photos are never expected to be parallel.

  4. Who was on the moon taking video of Armstrong descending to the surface and who operated the camera to show Apollo 15, 16 and 17 lifting off.
The video camera on Armstrong was attached to the LM descent stage and turned on when Armstrong extended the camera. The video camera showing ascent stage lift off was on the rover and pointed at the LM; it was remotely operated by Houston.

  5. Lead is required to shield the astronauts.
Lead is a poor material to shield particle radiation. Aluminum and low density materials were used. The short duration missions (< 2 weeks) were the key to limiting radiation exposure.

This is the very short list of alleged problems with Apollo.

I 100% agree with your starting list! Thanks for the contribution.

These make my skin crawl.
